Uninor Roaming & GPRS

Uninor, the 6th largest global GSM operator in India, has always been working to bring the charges of roaming down. The actual discount on your charges roaming will depend on the duration and the network in which you make the call. While roaming, incoming calls from Uninor costs 60 p/min and from other networks costs 1 Re/min, and outgoing calls to Uninor and other networks costs 60p/min and 80p/min respectively.

Various Uninor GPRS data plans are available in the market right now and more are coming being introduced. Some go as low as Rs. 5 per 30 MB to be used up within 24 hours to as high as Rs. 90 per month plans with up to 6 GB of free data transfer. Uninor GPRS plans can be activated anytime by dialing *222*7*<value of the internet plan>#; for e.g. if you need ‘MyInternet 5’, dial *222*7*5# from your Uninor mobile.
